The Northwest Ohio Fresh Network Fresh Sheet - October 27, 2008 The Northwest Ohio Fresh Network Fresh Sheet Well, it has come to an end - our third year of the Farm to Chef Program. While the weather turns cold and the snow starts to fly, CIFT will be working on upgrading the program to better help both grower and buyer.

If you have a survey out, please take a couple of minutes to fill it out and send it in. We need the information for our reports.

As usual, there are still producers with beef, pork, and chicken, eggs, milk, and cheese. Plus, you can still find the hardy souls at the Farmers Markets selling squash, spinach, turnips, parsnips and cabbage. If you are looking for something special, or have an idea of a special vegetable you would like for next year, let me know.
